This stamper has space for 10 members of staff to sign off positive behaviour and includes rewards at random steps along the card to encourage focus.

In this resource, you will find a PDF of 12 weekly spelling tests. This are aimed at students who’s spelling is below their chronological age or who have been identified for catch up.
These spelling lists are comprised using the KS2 spelling lists including
words from Years 3-4 and 5-6. The lists become progressively harder
as the weeks progress with 9 onwards being Year 5-6 words.
These can be distributed to students as a homework or used as part of a catch up programme.

This is just intended to be used as a guide for completion of your own business case, as I struggled to find many decent examples when creating mine.

This resource is an 8 week selection of numeracy activities to be used in form time. This resource includes the numeracy task itself as well as possible solutions.
At the end of the 8 weeks, there is a final competition - this can be used to put forms head to head or could be used by form tutors individually.

In this resource, you will find 2 behaviour contracts and a individual behaviour plan.
The first contract is a student led, informal behaviour contract. This is to get students reflecting on their behaviour as a step prior to having a parental meeting. Students can complete this with their teacher, head of year or form tutor and it doesn’t need parents to be present.
The second contract is parent-carer and student behaviour contract. This is a more formal contract which may be used when behaviour becomes more concerning and parent-carer is invited in for a formal meeting before further measures are put in place. This may form part of a behaviour panel and has space to be signed by parents to make the process more formal.
This is detailed behaviour plan which is useful to reflect on triggers and plans for dealing with behaviour. It’s great for sharing with staff who teach the student with poor behaviour.

In this resource you will find an adaptable 6 week monitoring card for students who attendance is below 95%-96% depending on the school.
The card includes space for tutors or pastoral staff to write the attendance each week, space for a school target, an image explaining great attendance and a space for a review at the end of the 6 weeks. This is designed to be used by students to improve attendance and allow for documentation of monitoring. Used with success previously.

This resource is a behaviour contract aimed to get student focusing on their strengths as well as their areas for development and their targets.
A great, more informal, way to get students reflect and owning their behaviour. This is perfect as an initial way of getting students to improve behaviour.
